More at Mountain Medical

Private Practice

Our attentive staff working within a cozy chalet-inspired interior create a relaxing and therapeutic ambience and facilitate easy access to high quality medical care.

Holistic Approach

We treat the whole person using a complete-systems approach to align mind and body.

Balance & Movement

Focal complaints are evaluated in relation to the whole body.  An injury or impairment of one area of the body can often cause an imbalance affecting other muscles, joints and body movements.

Targeted Treatments

Treatment plans are targeted to meet patients’ goals, are easily integrated into patients’ lifestyles, and are often complimentary or additive to treatments for other coexisting medical conditions.

Performance

Our patients vary in type of symptom or concern, age, level of activity, degree of pain, functional goals, occupation, sports performance, and lifestyle.

Function

While many of our patients have injuries focal to a particular muscle or joint, other patients are overcoming functional difficulties resulting from illness affecting many body systems.

Wellness & Prevention

Still, other patients present to our office simply seeking to maintain wellness, to look and feel young, and to learn more about preventative measures, including proper diet, exercise and joint protection.

Coordinated Care

We will coordinate your care with other specialists and facilities when needed.  Our aim is to make our patients part of the health care team along with the physicians and physical therapists who take an active role in patient care.

You are unique !

While treatments embody evidence-based standards of care, the uniqueness of every case is also appreciated and considered.

Walk-In Clinic

There are no specific appointment times during designated clinic hours.

Walk-In Wednesdays

Patients are welcome to walk in on Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  Time blocks replace appointments.  Patients are still encouraged to call in advance to provide preliminary medical, insurance or demographic information that may expedite care.  Membership is not required to be seen in our clinic and select insurance plans are accepted.

First-Come-First-Served

Visits are triaged based on medical urgency and waiting times vary.  We will make every effort to see all patients who show up for clinic on the same day.  However, high patient volume or extenuating circumstances may warrant some patients to return on another clinic day or make other individual arrangements.

Walk-in clinics are open on many but not all Wednesdays subject to provider availability.

Our providers are generally present on-site and very accommodating.  However, at times, our doctors can be out on hospital assignment for inpatient rehab care, outside consultations, ambulatory procedures, or travel.  Feel free to call and inquire before your visit.

Virtual Visits

Virtual visits are available enabling patients to receive remote care.

Telehealth

Telemedicine services are delivered using HIPAA-compliant audiovisual telecommunications systems.  Videoconferencing may be used to interact with your provider from a distance.  Virtual visits do not replace in-person encounters and hands-on physical exams.

Remote Access

Remote access to health care may benefit folks living in very rural areas or those close by who can’t always make it into the office.  Audio-video visits are usually reserved for follow-up care for patients who already have a pre-existing relationship with a provider.  However, under certain circumstances, telehealth may be used to establish care with a new patient.
